Rafa is a Los Angeles native with deep roots in the community that shaped her. She earned her degree from the University of Oregon and has dedicated seven years to education. Her love for her community fuels her work as an educator. Through her practice, she continues to invest in the next generation, fostering growth and opportunity for youth in Los Angeles.
