Marvin Vilma

Marvin Vilma is a fundraising and social-impact leader and former educator dedicated to creating the conditions that enable K–12 learners from marginalized communities to realize their aspirations. A first-generation graduate from Queens, he previously led development as Managing Director at Let’s Get Ready and held a fundraising role at MIT Sloan. Marvin founded Bevy Studio to partner with education entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders to build organizational strength, cultivate smart risk, and expand innovation capacity. Bevy blends diagnostic tools with strategic insight to improve effectiveness. He studied at Colgate, earned an M.S.Ed. from Penn GSE, and is completing an MBA/MS in Digital Technology at Boston University.
