Jewel Delegall is a nonprofit executive leader, arts advocate, and performing artist with more than 15 years of experience leading transformative programs that empower youth and strengthen communities. Most recently, she served as Interim Executive Director of Justice for My Sister, a nonprofit organization working at the intersection of storytelling, healing, and systems change. Prior to that, Jewel spent more than a decade at A Place Called Home, where she advanced through multiple leadership roles before serving as Chief Program Officer. In that capacity, she oversaw a diverse portfolio of programs that reached more than 1,000 young people annually, managed a multimillion-dollar program budget, led cross-functional teams, and partnered with the CEO to advance an organization-wide vision for program strategy and impact.

Throughout her career, Jewel has cultivated strategic partnerships with K–12 schools, colleges and universities, corporations, museums, government agencies, and philanthropic foundations. She has designed and led innovative initiatives that expand access, advance equity, and create pathways for opportunity through youth development, the arts, and community engagement. At Inner Spark Learning Lab, she leverages her expertise in program strategy, organizational leadership, systems design, and partnership development to strengthen learning experiences, foster innovation, and deepen organizational impact.

Before transitioning into nonprofit leadership, Jewel built a successful career in the performing arts as a professional dancer, choreographer. She performed and choreographed for renowned artists including Prince, LL Cool J, and Snoop Dogg, and appeared in television, film, and stage productions around the world, including Their Eyes Were Watching God, executive produced by Oprah Winfrey. She brings a distinctive perspective that bridges creativity and strategy and remains deeply committed to expanding equitable access to learning, arts, and opportunity for all young people.
