Caitlin Galante

DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTION

Caitlin Galante serves as Chief Program Officer at Inner Spark Learning Lab in Los Angeles, where she oversees all program operations and manages the entire programs team. Drawing from over a decade of K-5 classroom teaching experience, she now focuses on creating strategic partnerships with educational organizations to expand program reach and impact.

Her background includes extensive classroom instruction where she consistently drove significant academic improvements, including transforming reading and math proficiency rates and redesigning curriculum to meet ambitious student achievement goals. She holds a Bachelor's degree from College of the Holy Cross, a Master's in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, and completed intensive leadership development training through New Leaders.

Her passion lies in building the capacity of educational leaders to coach teachers effectively, foster collaborative learning communities, and ultimately improve student outcomes across school communities.
