Think about it. How often do schools actually ask kids what they need, then change things based on what they say?
That's what we're working to do at Inner Spark.
We're already inside a public school, working directly with kids to make school a place they want to be. And we're figuring out how to help more schools do the same, without kids having to leave their communities to get a better education.
But we need more Disruptors like you backing this work.

Here's what that looks like.
In just two and a half weeks, we sat down with 185 3rd–5th graders at our partner school and asked what they like about school, what they wish was different, and what they’d change in their communities.
Here's some of what we heard:
They want more things to play with at recess.
➡️ They don't currently have a playground in their outdoor space.
They want adults to stay calm and give them a second chance.
➡️ Instead of sending them out of the classroom when they misbehave.
They want to do more of what they enjoy at home.
➡️ Like drawing, singing, and gymnastics during the school day.
They want to help people in their communities.
➡️ Kids talked about helping neighbors who don't have enough food or a place to live.
So, what happens next?
We're bringing these answers back to the kids so they can help decide what changes to try at school.
Then we'll test those ideas and find out what works.
What if more schools did this?
Imagine more kids going to schools where adults actually listen to them and take their ideas seriously.
